I first contacted R&R Electric a few years ago, for assistance on a kitchen rewire/update project (new electric stovetop, lighting, etc). Jose came to do the work, and he was not only professional and highly qualified for the job, but in addition he had a genuinely pleasant attitude-which was very refreshing, given the lack of customer service which seems to have become "the norm." Especially, as a single woman, I appreciated R&R Electric's trustworthy assistance. For the first time in a long while, I did not feel like I was being ripped off by a service professional.

My second experience with R&R, shortly thereafter, was on behalf of my dad. He had recently hired "some other" electrician to do some electrical updates at his home, which were managed so incorrectly that the DWP had taken notice and was threatening to turn off his power. I contacted R&R Electric for help and Jose quickly came to the rescue. He assessed the situation, and dealt with DWP on our behalf to be certain that all repairs were updated to code and met all necessary requirements. Crisis averted!

I was so impressed with R&R Electric, that when I recently moved to a new home which required an extensive renovation and complete electric rewiring, I contacted R&R once again. I could not have been more pleased with the work accomplished. This renovation project was challenging, and more than once we were forced to fire contractors assisting various phases of the project. R&R was the one constant throughout the entire renovation-showing up every day for several weeks, ready to work hard, speaking kindly to other contractors that they were coordinating their work with on the job, assisting with permit inspections from the city, and always maintaining a professional and positive attitude throughout the entire renovation.
