I think a lot of why my experience with Aardvark Moving Co was so good, was because I never felt pressured or intimated by Josh or his staff at any point. They didn't pressure me to buy insurance that wasn't needed, or push me around about the dates. From Christina and the rest of the front office staff, to the packers and the movers, everyone was so nice and helpful to work with. They were on time and very professional. We bought them lunch and dinner and they were so appreciative of that and their manners were so respectful, great and very professional. They were all 10's!

I talked to a few other companies, and many of them were very pushy and made me feel really uncomfortable. They also told me it would take about 3 weeks to move me! I was on a timeline, I had to be moved by a certain date and Aardvark was the only company who could do that, and they were very accommodating with the date even though it was over a holiday period. They did it in 4 days. They had me packed up on day 1, loaded on day 2 and started the drive out on day 3. They moved us a long distance, from Olathe, KS to Frisco, TX. They are a local company, so I wasn't aware that they did that, but was very happy to find out they did. They moved about 80 of our things into storage, but our other items have no damage.

I had done a lot of packing by myself to prepare, and they were nice enough to bring out boxes to me early. Josh made me feel very comfortable and made the entire process stress-free and easy. It was almost like it was too easy. He assured me that this is what they do! I also really appreciated that they sent females to pack up the kitchen, and they would have done the bedroom too had I not already done that myself. Nobody else mentioned that. I have already talked with them about moving my stuff from storage to where I am, when the time comes. I wouldn't use anyone else.
