I had an emergency where out hot water heater stopped working. Turned out to be a problem with the electricity from the breaker box. I called at 4:45 and they promised to have an electrician on site at 8 the next day. Before he arrived, I got an email with a picture of the electrician and other info about him. He fixed the problem. He also came back two days later to replace our 30+ year old breaker box. I wouldn’t use another electrician. Everything about Kings was first rate
