Overall, I had a really positive experience with Barr Storage & Warehousing. They were super helpful. When I got locked out of my unit because my key broke off in the lock, they helped me in a timely manner. They were super, super helpful. The only reason I don't rate them five stars is that at the beginning of the year, they raised the rates by twice as much with less than twenty days' notice. It was substantial enough to make a big impact on my budget but I ultimately decided it was easier to move my money around than my stuff. They went from seventy dollars a month to one hundred ten. With such short notice, it was hard to decide what to do.
