We were on a wait list for the unit we wanted at Barr Storage & Warehousing. We were about to move, so it became a time crunch, and we started looking at other options online when we saw online that the unit we wanted was available. So we booked it online rather than in person. When they found out, they asked why we booked online knowing we were on a wait list, so there was a little miscommunication up front. But after that everything has been completely fine. We like the facility. It's in a good spot. It's clean and open.
