Everything was as Kelly had said it would be...no surprises. She is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of the business and explained each phase of our moving/storage process in depth. I never had an unanswered question. The delivery of our pod and the pick up was flawless for the move from our home we sold and again for the move into our new home which was 4 months after and 140 miles away. Our driver was amazing as well. We stored the pod in their climate controlled facility from June through September. Nothing was damaged, either from transit or storage. The billing/payment process was easy to use. Hands down, Barr Storage is a top quality business and their customer service is exceptional. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
