We have worked with Fancher Appliance, Inc. for about 20 years now. We have had good experiences with their maintenance programs but not with anything more complex. In maintenance matters, they get a 5 star and they are easy to get in touch with. Last time we hired them out to replace the wireless thermostat, I ended up figuring out how to do it for the repairman and it was below expectations and disappointing. Their pricing is fine, but I would only recommend them for maintenance matters.
