i was pleasantly surprised when they called and asked if they could come early. they were kind enough to point out that the replacement faucet we had bought was made primarily out of plastic and would likely not last more than six months. then they pointed out that the shut off valves to the water weren't closing all the way and had leaked in the past. they finished the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves.
