Not honest - don't waste your time with these people!
Was told that trip charge was waived if we agreed to have them do the work. We agreed to have them fix our 2 year old hot water heaters. They would not quote me a price complaining that they really didn't work on that brand. Ended up costing me $165 and my water heaters still don't work. Don't watsevyour time with these people!
