I am a twelve-year First Colony resident who called Doug Turner for the first time because he had a series of plumbing problems that my previous plumber could not fix. Mitchell came out, analyzed our problems and did the repairs in the same morning. He did a great job at explaining the issues and the steps he would need to take. He was pleasant and professional and the price was fair. I will call Doug Turner and Mitchell the next time we need plumbing services.
