I contacted Bob air repair and asked for an estimate for routine service of my heating and air conditioning system for my home. I received a quote of $145 to inspect and perform routine system maintenance of my heating and air conditioning system from Bob's telephone operator.

When the service man arrived to perform the of my heating and cooling system, he informed me that the actual cost would be twice the $145 because I had a twin heating system. Ok I understand my home has two heating systems.

While the service technician was at my home I asked him to inspect my air conditioning system. The technician indicated that three of my run capacitors had to be replaced and he charged me $244.59 to replace 3, $15 capacitors. What a rip off. Total time to perform the Heating and Air Conditioning work less than two hours. Total Service Call cost $538.23.
