I called on a Sunday, our AC had quit. Service man arrived before 10 AM on Mon. By that time it was operating again, as it had overheated because of being run non-stop on a very hot day. The technician cleaned and serviced the AC, took the filters out so I could clean them as they were too high on the wall for me to reach, and put them back. He was friendly, courteous and did a good job for us at a very reasonable cost.
