The service provided was excellent, although I did get a differing opinion from Donnie than from Doug, our original tech. on the air filter we were using and how it was installed.

I am irritated however by this 'demand' for a review. I give good reviews when I feel I've had good service, however I received ONE email telling me I had not completed the review yet and to please do so. That's irritation #1. Irritation #2 is the Review Summary and Review boxes that are REQUIRED!!! I gave you 5 stars, but could have done so with NO words added. Next time I'll just give a 3.
