Before we were burning gas, then they came out, took the heat pump apart, drained the coolant, replaced the defective part, pumped the coolant back in, put the thing back together, and now it works. And it seemed they couldn’t have been happier the whole time. I don’t think we burned a drop of gas the night after they were done. Single digit temps tonight so of course we will need the gas.
