He came just before the time of his 2 pm appointment and waited until time to ring our bell. He sweated details to make sure he understood what was happening to our MSZ unit and controller; showed us how to set the controllers for heating and cooling; and even called the vender to chase down the reason for misunderstood unit signals. There were no problems with the units, just with our understanding of flashing lights. His was the nicest service visit we have received in months.
