We called, made immediate contact and they were able to send help right away.

Daniel appeared at our door in less than 15 minutes. He was very friendly and professional and inspired confidence in me right away. He took his boots off in our foyer ... thank you, Daniel. After ensuring the thermostat was functioning correctly he went downstairs and discovered a mouse fried on the furnace control board. We had a good laugh. The company worked hard to locate a new board and to arrange overnight shipping. Daniel even offered to bring electric heaters to help keep us warm during the interim. The new board was installed the very next day. Exceptional service.
