Taste very good and personally i get a boost of energy when i drink it about 20 mins later 5 years ago i would drink green tea mixed with other herbs flavors and it was a great aid to my weight loss and energy booster i must say this taste better then how i once drank my tea i recommend this brand and will continue to buy from this seller
