Prompt, courteous, and quality service
During our semi-annual service visit, the technician discovered that a part went bad in our crawlspace dehumidifier and someone would contact me about the repair. The dehumidifier was just over a year old and was covered under a 5 year warranty, but the warranty on labor had expired. Within two business days I received a call that the dehumidifier would be replaced with a new one because the faulty part could not be replaced. An appointment was made for the next day to have a new dehumidifier delivered and installed. I received a courtesy phone call from the office the day of the delivery to let me know when the technician would arrive and the technician called later to let me know he was on his way. The new dehumidifier was installed and although "not usually done", at my request we were given a 5 year warranty on the new dehumidifier.
