Our service man was here promptly. He explained what was involved with the work he was doing cleaning our duct work. He worked for most of the day, doing a thorough job,everything was back in place and he made sure we received our discount (coupon in a mailer). The prices were reasonable for all the work he did. We are very satisfied with the outcome.
