This was the first time I have used Crossville Heating and Cooling. They came out and replaced a thermostat and did a tune-up on my heating and air conditioning unit. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional, and they did a very good job.

Their customer service was also very good. They were polite and helpful when I called them. The only problem was when they first came out, they gave me a bill and said they would come back in two weeks to do the work. When they came back, it was much later than that, and the bill was higher than they had told me.
