I had my semi-annual check up yesterday. We have a relatively new home, built in September of 2015. Crossville installed our original system. I have a "smart" thermostat and a steam injection humidifier. I could not find a way to adjust the humidity level on the thermostat. Our tech did not know either. He made a call to one of the other techs at home who was not working that day and between the two of them they worked it out. That is above and beyond.
