The first gentlemen that was sent out to do service maintenance on the system that they installed (complete heat pump and air handler) first off the service tech didn't know how to change the return duct filter and he didn't vacuum the grate that held the filter. He went to preform service on the system and it all seemed to go along fine till after he left and I got an error message on the display panel upon going out to check on the outside unit I found that the power coupling had been disabled and the service guy didn't replace it after he removed it to service the unit, this is totally unacceptable to have a service person that doesn't know the proper service fundamentals, the service guy they sent out to figure out what the first guy did wrong was very professional and checked out the system to make sure it was running correctly, this guy knew what he was doing and made me feel better about the service that was done. The system that was installed so far is a good system and hopefully the service in the future will be better.
