SERVICE MAN WAS ON TIME
IN JANUARY OF THIS YEAR I PURCHASED A NEW HEAT PUMP FROM CROSSVILLE HEATING AND AT THE TIME I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THE INSTALLATION. OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS I AM GETTING CONCERNED AS THERE SEEMS TO BE A LACK TO DETAIL ON SERVICE.
THE SERVICE MAN INFORMED ME THAT THE DRYER VENT WAS NOT HOOKED UP UNDER THE HOUSE. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE AT THE TIME OF THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW HEAT PUMP. APPARENTLY YOUR PEOPLE FELT IT NOT NECESSARY AFTER THEY HAD TAKEN EVERYTHING APART DURING THE INSTALLATION. ALSO IT WAS DISCOVERD THAT THE RETURN VENT WAS NOT ATTACHED OR IF IT WAS IT MUST HAVE BEEN A POOR JOB AS IT HAD FALLEN APART. THEREFORE I NOW HAD TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE DRYER AND THE RETURN VENT INSTALLED CORRECTLY AT THE TUNE OF $621.00.
AFTER SPENDING NEARLY $10000 I WOULD EXPECT IT TO LAST OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. ALSO THE UNIT IS STILL NOISY AS "$@!#%"
EVERYTIME IT TURNS ON. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT IS THE NATURE OF THE HEAT PUMP TO DO THIS ALL THOUGH I DON'T HEAR ANYONE ELSE'S SOUND LIKE IT IS GOING TO THE MOON.
I CERTAINLY HOPE YOUR NEXT VISIT WILL BE MUCH MORE ATTENTIVE. I ALSO HAD TO DIS-CONNECT THE HOSE FROM THE HOUSE AFTER YOUR SERVICE MAN LEFT. AS COLDER WEATHER APPROACHES I DON'T NEED FROZEN PIPES.
