the environment could have been better
there were 2 bays. i was in one and the other bay was an instructor with another client. the acoustic was such that it was very loud and noisy and it detracts from my concentration. i could hear them and worst still the noise was amplified. you need to do better on the acoustic or tell the instructor to lower his voice.
