I am 55 years old, 10 handicap, been playing golf since I was 8 yrs old. I have had club "fittings" at the big box stores in the past, as well as at my home course, and I will say that this was several steps above both.
Joey was great: patient and knowledgeable, just perfect. I think he analyzed my swing and knew exactly what I needed pretty quickly. I did the full bag fitting, which can be tiring after a while. Joey was great. Near the end, we took a break, talked golf, looked at grips, rested, and then finished the session.

Here are some important takeaway points:
1) the full bag fitting is a lot for one session. I hit more than 200 $@!#%. It can be very tiring.
2) custom clubs are expensive. Essentially, you will buy a set of clubs and then pay CC to reshaft and regrip each club. Expect to pay 1.5 to 2x what off the rack clubs would cost if you buy from CC.
3) that being said, in my case (I have been out 3 times playing with my new clubs) it is well worth every penny.
You've heard about "buyer's remorse"? I have absolutely none.
4) Club Champion and Joey Simon customer service is outstanding. I can't say enough about that.
5) My clubs came in the mail 9 days after my order was placed. There was a problem with one of the clubs. I called Joey and told him how I would like to handle the situation, and CC immediately made it right. Again, fantastic customer service.

If you love golf and are in the market for new clubs, do this. You won't be disappointed.
