The workers were friendly and thorough. They fixed everything I needed fixing. My only complaint was that they tracked in mud and spewed the clog in my kitchen sink all over the kitchen. However, they tried to clean up their mess, and I don't expect plumbers to be housecleaners...I expect them to fix my problem! And they did. I am satisfied!
