I called the after-hours number because my thermostats had no power. The technician asked me several questions and asked me if I was ok to look at one other thing. He didn't want to charge me for a service call if he couldn't fix the problem that night. THAT is HONEST customer service, something that is rare. Eric arrived promptly at the time he promised, and quickly diagnosed the issue with pragmatic precision. He then took the time to check the rest of the system and made me aware of a potential issue unrelated to the reason I called him out there and said it was no additional charge to address it, other than the cost of the parts.

I will call AirNow again for my HVAC repair needs because of this awesome experience.
