I've used Vanderford Air for about ten years and they have always had good customer service over the phone and in person. They have always met the requirements of the job, whether it's maintenance or installation. I've bought two AC units from them and both cases were handled promptly and professionally. The installations were done in two different homes and I still have the equipment running in both locations. I would refer them to others and I still have their annual maintenance contract, so if I ever need anything they're usually out here within the day. As far as the cost, it's comparable to others in the area. It may be a little more, but it's worth the better service.
