My experience with Vanderford Air has been a bit mixed, but mostly very good. The first time I hired them, it was for an emergency job, repairing a broken AC, right before going out of town. They came out and fixed the unit that very day, and forever won my loyalty to the company. It's always very easy to schedule work, with them, and the folks who work in the office are always incredibly polite and professional. Sometimes, I feel like the field techs are in a bit of a rush, and perhaps less thorough then they ought to be, but overall, I've had very good experiences with the company, and will definitely continue returning.
