I have been doing business with Vanderford Air for many years now. Robert Vanderford is absolutely wonderful! In my opinion, you will not find anyone better in the Houston area! My first encounter with Vanderford Air and Robert Vanderford was for my church. Upon meeting him and speaking with him I knew that he was the right person to replace the outside condenser. Even though he was not the lowest bid that I received I hired him because after speaking with him I just knew he would be the best choice that I could make. From that point on he has serviced my church. He absolutely does a thorough job and tries his best to keep costs low, tries his best by offering as much financial help as he possibly can and has done so on many occasions! He is amazingly honest and forthcoming with everything that he does. He goes the extra mile! I have so much confidence in him that I also use him for my home, I trust no one else! He doesn't sell you anything that you do not need, he doesn't charge you for anything that he didn't do. He never rushes when he has to come out, he takes his time and does a very thorough inspection! Spectacular service! Houston is lucky to have him and I appreciate him so much!
