Wolverine Heating & Cooling has always done a good job for us. This was not our first time using them. We have continued to use them because their customer service is good and they have reasonable pricing. I called to have them come to check on the furnace for us. They replaced ours a while back and I wanted them to come to check it recently since it had been acting up. The technician was prompt, polite and professional. He was able to quickly and efficiently assess the problem with the furnace. He had to come back a few times, he was unable at first to figure out what the problem was. Once he did, he took the time to tell me what his findings were and what he could do to fix it. He also took the time to answer the questions I had. He was able to then fix it quickly. Although their pricing is reasonable I would like for them to offer the choice of paper billing versus email billing. They had automatically set me up for email billing and at the time my printer was broken so I could not print out the bill. I had to call in and ask for a paper statement which Dan was able to send out right away. I just still prefer paper billing rather than emails. So, if you need work done on your heating or air conditioning units and you want reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable technicians then have no hesitation about calling Wolverine Heating & Cooling. I have been pleased with them and I think you will be too!
