I have used Wolverine Heating & Cooling in the past and NEVER have any problem with getting an appointment or waiting for the technician to show up! The longest I think I have had to wait is 45 minutes! Unfortunately, on Christmas Eve my heating furnace went out and I had made dinner plans with a lot of people! I'm in Michigan! I needed my heat restored! No sooner did I call Wolverine Heating & Cooling the same technician that always comes out arrives! I find comfort that I get the same guy every time and on Christmas Eve! He fixed the furnace issue in no time and had my house snug and warm! The great thing about this particular technician is that he actually gave me his cell phone number to call him immediately if it went out again during the holidays and told me to call him right away that he would be at his in-laws not more than 45 minutes away! He did not have to do that, after all, it was Christmas Eve! This is not an isolated service event for this company, every time I call them this is the type of service that I get! They are spot on the most STELLAR when it comes to customer service!
