I used Oriental Rug Cleaning by Hand to have some area rugs cleaned, and it was a good experience. I took the rugs in, and it was a simple, organized process to drop them off. When I went in to pick them up, they were perfectly clean and in good condition. They did a good job and I was very happy with my experience there, so I can absolutely see myself going back, in the future. Perfect Ratings!!
