Good Pickup Team

This was my first time using Oriental Rug Cleaning by Hand and I had a pretty good experience. The team that came to pick up my rug were awesome. They told me about the whole process and explained all the different prices to me, they even called the main office to try to get me a better price. They were polite, friendly, and professional. I was a little bit disappointed that it took them 3 weeks to clean the carpet, but on the other hand it was 300 square feet and very delicate. I am also not super impressed with the cleaning. Despite that, I would use them again and recommend them to others.
