Island Heating & A/C came in to check on my water heater and they did a good job. I have one complaint, however, and that is I didn't get a print-out of what the technician did while he was here. My water heater was making some unusual noises so we called them up, and their tech came out and worked on it for an extended period of time. He told us everything was okay, but it still came out to three hundred dollars! I paid my bill but I thought I was going to get an invoice of what he did. I tried calling and requesting one but I never received an answer. I was not happy, and I was pretty disappointed. This was my first experience with Island, and I'd have to think about whether or not I would use them again.
