We have been using Island Heating & A/C since we bought our furnace from them years ago. We have had no problems with it, as we use them to maintain it every year. Mike came out and took care of us with replacing our tankless water heater, along with doing our annual furnace cleaning. He was efficient, polite, and was very careful with our stuff. He quickly pointed out a problem with an injector, told us how it could be fixed, and once he got my permission to go ahead, he got it done. I was really glad about the discovery because if he hadn't found the injector, we would have had some trouble during the winter. We've always been happy with their service and will continue using them.
