Josh did an excellent job inspecting and cleaning our furnace, installing a thermostat, cleaning and checking a gas fireplace, and showing us how to keep a freestanding gas stove operational in a power outage. The time was great. We had a power outage that started the following day and lasted 74 hours.
When I wanted a copy of the installation manual for the thermostat, Eric hand delivered a copy to our house.
