Yesterday the maintenance/service technical representative from Island Heating arrived on time and when scheduled. He moved through the appointment where we had asked for "annual maintenance," quickly and with explanations along the way. He found a couple of mechanical breakdowns and was able to fix them on the spot. No complaints, no gripes, just cheerful advice and comments about our system, and what the system needed. We're very pleased with Josh's service, and with Debbie, the appointment maker and her courteous follow up until the work was complete.
