Martinez A/C & Heating, Inc. have an exceptional response time. I live 35 miles from this company and they were able to arrive on time as scheduled on a weekend! I have two AC units, one for the house and one for my office and they did not install them. The company that installed them went out of business and Martinez A/C & Heating, Inc. took over the maintenance for this units. They were not installed properly, to begin with, and I think this is important to note. During this last visit, my AC stopped working and they came out and thought they fixed it but had to return. The problem was no fault of theirs but turned out to be a whole different issue. They did get it up and running and it has been working fine since. They have done a very good job for us and they always get here when we need them. They have both units running efficiently and we will continue to use their services and I am hoping they continue their great business! They do a great job and I am pleased that I found them!
