This was the first time I called Martinez A/C & Heating and they did a good job. They replaced the compressor of my air conditioning. They showed up on time as scheduled and did the work. Their pricing was very fair. The technicians were professional and competent. I had no complaints about communication at all. They had some problems but they came back and fixed it. Having been in service myself, I can appreciate something not working right the first time. But I appreciated that when it had trouble they came right out and got it squared away for me. They got it rectified and, even though I'm not there myself, my neighbor reports that it's working fine. They were responsive and prompt about returning. I would definitely call them again.
