I have been using Martinez A/C & Heating, Inc for about five or six years now. They do regularly scheduled maintenance, but most recently, they installed a new outside unit, and everything turned out fine. I had already been two nights without air conditioning, and they didn't want me to have to go another night. So, they showed up at about 6:30 am, and they didn't leave until they got it finished - which was about five minutes after 11:00 pm. You really just don't see that kind of dedication and customer service anymore these days. They are always prompt, friendly, and honest, and I plan to continue using them!
