Our lodging services have used Martinez A/C & Heating, Inc. for 4 or 5 years. We have had mixed experiences with them and now only would use them for our window units in our hotel part. We used to have them as our AC maintenance for our condo units, but we felt that the tech Alex was always quick to bandaid-fix things, so have found someone else to do those. Our last experience with them was great though. The repairman was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. Their pricing has been fair, sometimes higher than originally priced, but a great deal of our work has been under warranty. They have been easy to keep in touch with and we would recommend them, but only for certain services.
