I have been doing business with RM Mullinix for years now. I have a maintenance contract with them to come and service my heating and ac unit twice a year. They always show up on time, are very professional and personable. This recent visit required no repairs to be made and this is exactly why I have them come out twice a year so that I can avoid costly repairs! They know what to look for, maintain the units well and I am happy with their service!
