The people in the office at MiteBuster Bedbug & Pest Control are very friendly. They are great, we love them. But sometimes the guys who do the work aren't as reliable. I get complaints that they are not so nice, and tenants call to complain that they haven't seen them in a while. We continue to use them because of the people in the office who are very, very nice and very helpful.
