This was my first time using MiteBuster Bedbug & Pest Control after finding them online, and they were responsive and reasonably priced. They were very quick at setting up my initial appointment. They were at our house within the hour after I had called, in order to evaluate our problem, and then later that day their servicemen came out for the procedure itself. They were very cordial, professional, and very knowledgeable, especially since this was our first time with pest control. They were able to explain the procedure, from what they were doing, to what we needed to have done in order to ensure our premises remained clear. I would definitely use their services again.
