I recommend Broad Brook Heating & Cooling Inc 100%. They do an awesome job of taking care of my heating and air needs. They came out to do a seasonal cleaning of my system and spotted a problem that was causing my unit to underperform. They ordered the part and came out this morning to do the installation. I could not be more pleased with Brian, the service tech. He is super nice and always professional; I can honestly say I trust him 100%. That is something I don't say lightly. I have also had contact with the company owner, Dennis. He is super at communication and he makes sure everything runs smoothly.
