Broad Brook Heating & Cooling Inc is a very good company. I've used them for years. They put the new heating system in this office building for me. They also did some stuff at my residence. They do very good work. They are dependable and knowledgeable. If there's a problem, they send someone out right away. They always answer all my questions and their rates are fair. I've never felt overbilled. The biggest thing is that I want someone I can count on and I can count on Broad Brook. If the heat goes out or the air conditioning stops working, I need immediate service. Broad Brook Heating & Cooling Inc stands by their work. If there's an issue, they deal with it.
