The fellas arrived well within the allotted time window--Unfortunately, My HVAC unit-nearly 30 years old is beyond repair... Which means I may have to go without-not only AC, -But Heat, as well this winter... I have NO Idea how a retired Disabled Veteran is supposed to be able to afford Mortgage, Food AND Thousands for an HVAC... I will be getting a space heater, for this year... Much to their credit-Broad Brook gives their BEST and Only price, straight off.... So everyone gets treated fairly, and the same... If and when I'm able to afford a unit, you can believe I'll be calling Broad Brook- I really trust and believe in the service they deliver and the products they endorse!
