The Broad Brook Heating and Cooling team was professional from start to finish. Our heating system seemed a bit noisy and was not been serviced for some time. They went over, cleaned and serviced everything. When the noise was still there, they took the extra step of adjusting the louvers on the intake and that simple "trick" made a real difference. We appreciate their extra effort and service.
