Good service and great work get the technicians five stars from me. I would definitely recommend the technicians. My only complaint is that the company overcharges for parts. I've always been happy with the work done by Real Plumbers. Things like fixing a water heater or doing a maintenance check on the air conditioner are done very well. But when a repair requires a part, as it did on their most recent visit, the part is too costly. I know a lot of companies mark up their parts and charge the customer a hundred and fifty percent more than it would cost in a home improvement store. But, when my air conditioning stopped working and they wanted to install a new thermostat, I couldn't tell them I'd go pick up the part and they could come back another day. Especially when we're right in the middle of a month-long heatwave! So I paid the inflated price for the thermostat. Aside from that, the technicians were very good, especially the lead guy. He stayed around to teach me how to work the new thermostat and made sure I knew how to use it before leaving. Real Plumbers have good guys working for them!
